LCP Machine offers 3, 4 & 5-Axis milling. Our mills are capable of making parts from .5” cubed, up to 20' long.

Other Consolidated Machine & Tool locations have horizontal machining centers with pallet changers capable of mass producing complex milled parts in a cost effective manner.

LCP Machine's Mill-Turns can create complex parts in a single operation, maximizing repeatability and quality.

With nearly 100 turning centers, LCP Machine and other CMT facilities can tackle turned parts from .080” to 48” in diameter.

​By utilizing swiss machines, bar feeders, and parts accumulators, LCP Machine can handle volumes in excess of 1,000,000 pieces per year.

LCP Machine utilizes top to the line swiss style CNC equipment that can produce tight tolerance, small parts in very high quantities.

We have experience with assemblies ranging from simple press-fit products up to complex tooling builds.  Other CMT locations can also design and build test equipment to functionally test your products.

Other Consolidated Machine & Tool locations offer EDM services for parts needed to be formed by using electrical discharges, primarily for harder and conductive materials.

Other CMT locations have certified welders which can handle difficult jobs to create complex, fabricated assemblies that are tested and ready to use.

​

Other Consolidated Machine & Tool facilities can produce finished products, primed, painted and ready to install.
